Yes you surely can appear for the upsc exam after doing bsc course. The basic eligibility qualification required for getting into IAS is that the candidate must hold on a graduation degree from any course from a recognized board or university.

Hello Aspirant,

If you want to take admission in Inter BIPC after BSc computer this is not possible but if you want to take admission in BSC BIPC then if you have the Biology Chemistry in you plus along with the computer then you are good to go.
