Marks can be above 350 or above to get a good rank which will help you to take an admission in a top college like IET.
the range for CSE at IET was :- 2361-4266.
getting this rank is not easy by marks and yes by categories and reservtions.
It varies according to the colleges what criteria they follow, I would suggest you to contact the officials as they can guide you better about the procedure if they allow.

The JEE Main 2019 online application form will be available from September 1, 2018 onwards. The last date for submitting the application and uploading of scanned images is September 30. The application form correction dates are from October 8 to 14.
