You are eligible for UPSC CSE only if your age will be between 21 to 32 in IAS 2023 exam .

Well, age relaxation is available for SC/ST and Backward candidates 5 years and 3 years .

Age criteria is also available for defense and ex-servicemen personnel

As you have mentioned your problem and considering you fall under general category in the central list then let me tell you that you can apply to the ews certificate only under specific conditions and they are as follows:-
