Iam studying in Maharashtra state and giving upsc cse exam from Maharashtra but iam having a caste certificate from Karnataka goverment so it will work ?

Caste certificate is accepted nationally. There is no such thing that the caste certificate from one state will not be valid in another state.

Apart from that UPSC is a national body and it doesn't reject caste certificate on the basis of the location of the candidate.
