U can get CFI such as- GURUKUL KANGRI, GURU GHASIDAS...
u can also get govt colleges in mp,Rajasthan, Uttarakhand ,Punjab etc.
In mp govt colleges which u can get--
1.Uit,RGPv Bhopal
2.Sati, Vidisha
3.ujain engg college
4.rewa engg college

1. Govt Enginerring college ,Bikaner
2.College of technology nd engg ,Udaipur.

I think he can get Cs in ABES college . For other branches he can go for JSS , AKG etc

No it shows availablity up to spot last round,keep on registering and high chance in case of govt college is never accurate,it just on previous stats for final round

With this rank, you can try for private colleges as chances are not so good to get seat there in good colleges.
