hi, i am M tech graduate, to apply job in one of the central univilersity, a candidate must studied Urdu in 10th or in 12th to apply any post, but i had not studied urdu either in 10th or in 12th. now is there a way i can appear for 10th board and complete it with one language as urdu.

Subhrajit Mukherjee 13th Jan, 2022

See if you want to appear for the board examination of 10th and 12th with only one subject i.e., URDU then you can go for the On-demand examination of NIOS. In NIOS, you have to give the examination of 10th and 12th in that one subject and you can use the Marksheet of the NIOS along with the boards marksheet in order to sustain the eligibility conditions. The NIOS marksheet is applicable for all of the colleges.

in counseling ragistration i have choosen my mother tongue as hindi.but my mother tongue is urdu in leaving certificate.i had submitted the form.now on upload section they are asking for proof of leaving certificate and affidavit jisme mothertongue hindi likhi hui ho..can i change it now?

Hello.

If you have not yet submitted the whole form then you can go back and fill out again and replace the mother tongue from hindi to Urdu. Then you can go on to uploading your documents that has Urdu as your mother tongue as a confirmation. But if it doesn't allow you to go back and fill out the form again then you might just try uploading it.
