what you should do now is call the official number of email the officials regarding the problem and let them know. In counselling also you can inform them.

im sorry to inform you that only 10+2 examination results come into use mostly and your 10th gradesheet will not be in use for UPSEE counselling for marks. 

it can come handy as a proof of your dateofbirth but nothing more. for marks, 10+2 gradesheet matters more.
