A caste certificate can be issued from any state from an authorized government signatory and there won't be any problem if it's issued from any other state than your home state but in the case of residence or domicile certificate, it needs to be issued from a competent

Counselling is done on the bases of General Rank , now you will have one think in mind that than . What's the use of the Girls/OBC/SC/Armed Forces rank ?
