• Rank Card
• Rural weightage certicicate if appplicable
• Category certificate(if applicable)

Actually at the time of registering ..it is asking for only two documents..one.12 marksheet and the another one is 10 passed certificate...

If your parents are from UP(holding UP domicile) and you have passed the exam then you don't need a domicile certificate.

In case, your parent (s) is not a domicile of UP and you have passed the qualifying exam from an institution outside UP, you can also take

Hey Rahul! You definitely need a document to proof that you are a permanent civilian of Uttar Pradesh and you can do it with domicile certificate. According to the UPSEE eligibility criteria candidates those pass the qualifying examination from UP & those parent have domicile of UP can apply or
