Based on your rank and profile it is difficult for you to get most of government college in UP for MBA. However, you may get a seat in a few of the government colleges:

• Kamla Nehru Institute Of Physical & Social Sciences
• Veer Bahadur Singh Purvanchal University, Jaunpur

UPSEE counselling will start from wednesday 26th June 2019 means from today. The registration will be closed on 2 July 2019. I think now it is working fine. You go and check it now. I am also giving the link, you can try from that also if face any difficulty.

First you are alloted the college acoording to your rank and preference. Then you have two options i.e. freeze and float. If you choose float then you are automatically registered and eligible for the next  round and if you choose freeze you will confirm you seat and

10 and 10+2 marksheets, domicile, income certificate, address proof, identity proof , photographs, upsee admit card with counselling fee submission reciept all these are the necessary documents that you need to carry it along with you without any failure. Further all essential documents must also be carried.
