You can try for other branches in government colleges you will easily get that but you won't get cse.

Either you can go for a private college

Hello Paritosh, the counseling forms are available on all websites of aktu,IIT and NITs. they are available in soft copies, so you need to be particular about filling them with correct information. The counseling forms require soft copies of passport size photos,mark sheets, and competitive marks and ranks.

Send the authorities an email mentioning your mistake as soon as possible. Please follow on with them regarding your request and call admission support if you come across any contact asap. These are only ways, do this before the ranks are out.

See the counselling procedure of UPSEE and other exams have a strict time window for things like reporting at the institutes and payment of fees and they usually don't allow out of time applications and submissions like these. You cannot anyhow report at your convinience. Do the proceedings

As far as I know that rural certificate  is 2% or 3% reservation for the students who have done their schooling from the rural areas under the condition that they are not benefited from any other reservation . It is basically for  UPGE category candidates
