i am not able to submit fee but ia can later submit fee in upsee at knit sultanpur can i go for reporting before 29 july .can they give time

Hi Snehil,
See the counselling procedure of UPSEE and other exams have a strict time window for things like reporting at the institutes and payment of fees and they usually don't allow out of time applications and submissions like these. You cannot anyhow report at your convinience. Do the proceedings at the specified time.
