786, it might be a little difficult for you to get CSE in UIET Kanpur. This is based on your UPSEE rank and previous year cutoffs.  The admission there for this branch closes at 7000.

It would be better to predict the exact chances of your admission if you have mentioned your general category rank also along with the given rank. According to me with this rank you have to wait till 3rd or spot counselling round in order to get admission here
