As you Mention your UPTU rank as 177 for mba course you may not able to get it IET college as for this College rank cutoff for MBA is between 3- 64 .....but you can get almost every colleges that accept upsee..

One can appear twice in this exam in his/her life. This is because there is no age limit to appear in UPSEE and there is as such no relation with your 12th passing year, so, you can write this exam whensoever you are fully prepared and confident to crack it.
