Yes if you are from UP then you will be easily get IET Lucknow. You have to show the domicile certificate of UP during th ecounselling.

Most of the colleges which accept UPSEE marks, do accept JEE marks. So you can either apply using your JEE Marks or UPSEE marks depending on whichever is better. First compare both the exam's cutoffs for your desired college and then apply accordingly.
