In my opinion, with this marks, it will be difficult for you to get very good private colleges. You should apply separately for private colleges like United institute of technology etc.

The closing rank for general category in College of Engineering Sciences & Technology - Lucknow for  B.Tech in Mechanical branch was 100745 and in GL Bajaj Group of Institutions - Mathura for B.Tech Civil Engineering the general category closing rank was 100626. First and foremost it depends on your category, either you are general, OBC, SC, ST. If you are from a reserved category then some chances are there to get into good govt. Colleges but you may not get CS or IT.

 there are lots of courses and they have different ranks also for different categories. Minimum score is  cutoff+100 for any categoy. Better you score better it is to secure your position in the college.
