Hello,

Probabilty is quite high as you have qualified the exam as per your expecting marks. But A good college is  qualitative in nature and it highly depends on the rank. Rank doesn't depend on your mark only.

You have a nice chance of getting admission in any good private college,  you can get admission in JSS Noida as well as in Ajay Kumar Garg engineering college.
You can also get ABES college of engineering,  Ghaziabad which is a good college.

Since you are a SC student,  due to reservation,  you can get a seat in good engineering college of UPTU,  there are some good colleges you can eye on....
1)  KNIT Sultanpur
2) BIET Jhansi
3)  Madan Mohan Malvayia college
4) JSS Noida

Hi Aman,

As you see the BIET Jhansi takes students in scheduled castes with closing ranks upto 9528 in CSE department ,which is the most pouplar one among students,as your rank is around 5k you will be able to secure a seat in BIET very much easily.

now ,there is good chances for you to getting some good government college also branch electronics and communication engineering.

 For IET last year closing rank for obc category was 2075 in 3rd round.. so you've good chances of getting ECE there.

Hello,

For OBC category the minimum cutoff is  25% of 600 which is equal to 150. Here you said you are getting 136 which clearly says that you won't qualify the exam. You can try for direct admission in private institutes. That's the only way else your one year will

Getting a government college doesnt depend only on your rank. There are lots of factors which matter and can change your rank.

as per your expecting mark you have qualified the exam.
