You have to fill the UPSEE form separately because there are around 400 engineering institutes which offer admissions through UPSEE.

So if you want to take admission in UP than you have to fill the form .

cutoff for general catogary would be with in 1500.

Considering girls quota Your marks should be above 350 to be in secure zone. You may get govt colleges with your quota

No there is no other entrance exam which is excepted by DTU for admissions. You need to appear in JEE Mains and qualify with a decent score and then apply in JAC councelling.
The cutoffs are different every year and for every branch. So it is not very easy
