HBTI is now not under UPSEE now it has now been converted into HBTU an independent, centrally-funded and autonomous university. HBTI was affiliated to UPTU till august 2016. From September 1,2016 HBTI is upgraded to status of government.

Yeah ! You can appear for this exam ,but every state give reservation to their own state student , so may they will not give you that reservation ,if you have residencial certificate of UP ,may they will give you, well these things specially you will have

Well in order to appear for the aktu exam you must have qualify the 10+2 exams.If you are qualified with the minimum perentage marks satisfied by aktu then you can apply for exam.
