There Is no option of scholarship for children of government servants in UPSEE. If your father's annual salary is below 2 lac then you can apply for state scholarship program.

It will be refunded to you through online mode only. You won't be getting any cash in return. If you are not being alloted with a college only then you will get your money refunded but with deduction of very little amount.

yes it is better that one should take part in alloted college of upsee after the 3rd round before taking part in the spot round . spot round is like the last hope for gettig a better college and branch .

yes , you are elligible for spot round .Now there are two options available for you those are:
1.Go for spot round and try your luck in Jossa Counselling to get in Govt college.Where chances are much less.
2 Go for expensive management quotas in private
