BCNO - BC with no sub category
BCPH - BC Physically handicapped
BCAF - BC Armed Forces
BCFF - BC Freedon Fighters
BCGL - BC Girls
I can see BCEN anywhere. Can you specify where you got

No, you don't have to make registration again. Also, you can't choose any institute once you have locked choice. You will have wait for the second round counselling.

There is no need to register in 2nd round of counseling. You need to register only once and participate in other rounds untill you lock a seat.
