You have to accept the seat to be considered for the next round and pay the fees. Onlly after paying seat acceptance fee, you will get willingness to float or freeze. Those who dont pay the fees and accept the allotted seat then they will be out of the counselling

bro, first you have to tell you pay accepted fee or not if you pay fee you must to enable float option for upgration till 5 june 2018

If you have opted for float option that means that you have not confirmed your seat and you are waiting for further rounds

Now wait for further rounds and wait for your desired college allotment, if you are not comfortable with allotted clg then you have two options

the wbjee jelet is done for lateral entry/ direct entry into second year for engineering grads in clgs under WBJEE to know the related cut-off please revert with  the name of the trend regarding which you wish to know the cut-off details

If you got choice no.2 in Ist round and choose float round,you will be alotted choice no.1 only if available.

Once you have submitted the list of preferences nothing can be done. Whatever colleges you have filled remain as it is. My advice is follow the counselling rounds till end. You never know what can happen. Don't loose hope.
