Yes you can get government college on the basis of your rank for B.Arch in UPSEE. If your number not comes, please go for Sunderdeep College, Ghaziabad as it is one of the topmost college for B.Arch.

According to previous year's counsilling we were not allowed to make any changes in the order of prefrences. Once we lock the choices it could not be changed. You will have to appear with the same choices in round 2 if ytou are willing to take participation in
