Can i make changes in my choice locking in second round of uptu if i have been provided no seat in round 1

Hello Ishita,
According to previous year's counsilling we were not allowed to make any changes in the order of prefrences. Once we lock the choices it could not be changed. You will have to appear with the same choices in round 2 if ytou are willing to take participation in round 2.
