Yes, it is acceptable by UPSEE . As the caste certificate has a validity of 1 year and you have to renew it each year. According to your question you have already mentioned that the certificate was created on 4/1/2020 so it is going to be valid till 4/1/2121.

Do not worry if you have not received the original copy of marksheet from your college yet. You have to use somethings known as "Digilocker" which is approved by Government of India. In that you can find the softcopy of your college marksheet and can upload it
