sir, upsee ka form fill karte time rular weightage ke column me maine yes kr diya tha but m rular area se belong nhi krta ab counseling ke time cirtificate maang raha h,but I haven't then what should I do? plz help me sir

First of all, you have done mistake while filling the form so it's very tough to get it considered because that's why only UPSC and UPPSC provides the final confirmation also, to match all the details.

You have done a mistake in filling the place between rural and urban, and certificate will be required for it.
Only one thing you can do is, e-mail the UPSC team or some contact through which you can tell them about the mistake you did.
Overall, it only depends upon their consideration, if they accepted then only there is a chance otherwise not possible.
