    Here the condition fot fee waiver seat.
    For economically poor students their is fee waiver scheme by UP Government, according to that candidate whose family income isless than 6 lakh per yearwill come under Tuition Fee Waiver scheme. Every college have an additional5% seats for economically weaker students.

    • Sorry to say that you didn't score good enough to get a seat in any good government colleges. The top closing ranks for the top colleges ranged from 405- 3939 in CSE. It will be difficult for you to get admission in a good private colleges too.

    I think OS rank will better because your GN is so high and chances are very less to  get good college through GN rank so OS rank will be better for you.How much marks u got in upsee?
