- Sorry to say that you didn't score good enough to get a seat in any good government colleges. T he top closing ranks for the top colleges ranged from 405- 3939 in CSE. It will be difficult for you to get admission in a good private colleges too. You can try in s ome private colleges that you might get admission in are:
- Azad Institute of Engineering & Technology, Lucknow
- S.D.College of Engineering & Technology, Muzaffarnagar
- Bhagwant Institute of Technology, Muzaffarnagar
- Mahatama Gandhi Mission College of Engg. & Technology,Gautam Buddh Nagar

Yes, if you are interested in law you can opt it. Go with that in which you are interested the most and if you are interested in btech more than you can drop one year it is not a big issue just work hard for one year and give various exams that are conducted for btech.
If you are interested in law then CLAT is the best exam to qualify for it
