Means you have not domicile of UP?
OS means other state rank.

You can get civil branch in a government college.

According to previous year's cutoff, the last rank was around 2000 in SC category .

Hello Meraj,
You can only get average rated colleges of UPTU. You can not get admission into top college of AKTU. Hardly you can secure admission into any top 10 private college too.
But don't lose hope, Go for Counselling.
