In UPSEE counselling the All India Rank (AIR) or Common Rank List (CRL) secured in JEE Main is considered. Candidates belonging to reserved category will be allotted seat under the respective category by considering the CRL or AIR secured in JEE Main. In your case CRL rank will be considered for admission. Your EWS rank will not be considered. Seat is allotted based on category of the candidate, seat availability, rank of the candidate, preferences of institute/branch etc.

With reference to your query,  I would glad inform you that if you dont pay the fees of 20000 when you have alloted the seat then it is obvious it will be alloted to someone else and I am very sorry that then the person is not part of counselling anymore . I would advise you to talk to helpdesk for once may be they will provide some solution for this

The official website for UPSEE 2019 will be available only for certain period of time after that it will be inactive and you cannot access your result or any other details once the website is closed. You cannot check UPSEE 2019 result or seat allotment result now. If you have saved the score card and seat allotment in 2019 after they are released then you may retrieve those documents if you have saved them otherwise you cannot access the seat allotment and result.

Sorry to inform you but you need to pay Rs20000 as the registration fee. It denotes booking the seat of the college. If you dont pay now then your registration for further rounds will be considered invalid.

However for some colleges, a part of the registration fee is reimbursed. I would recommend you to get in touch with the management of authorities for a better solution

if you do not report physically you should contact the college immediately with a valid reason of you not visiting there physically , otherwise they may cancel your application and you seat .

As per the information available in the UPCET Counselling 2021 Information Brochure the candidates who have registered for UPCET/UPSEE counselling but haven't paid the registration fee for the counselling are eligible to participate in second round of counselling. Such candidates are considered as fresh candidates. So, if you wish to participate in second round of counselling you can do so by completing the registration process and paying the registration fee. The registration for round 2 has started from October 21, 2021 and the last date to register is October 23, 2021 till 11:59 PM.

An earlier version of this article said that the NTA has produced a preliminary UPCET answer key, which may be contested until September 17, 2021. The test, which was of the objective kind and consisted of Multiple Choice Questions, was held in 61 locations around India. The UPSEE admission card was made available via the official website in an online format. On July 17, 2021, the rectification window for the UPCET application form was made available. After submitting their application form, candidates will be able to make modifications to certain sections until July 23, 2021.

Previously, the deadline for submitting the UPSEE/UPCET MBA application form has been extended till July 15, 2018. In order to apply for UPSEE MBA 2021, candidates must visit the official website, upcet.ntanic.in, and fill out the application form available there. Students must verify that they meet the UPCET/UPEE MBA eligibility requirements in order to participate in the whole admissions process.

This examination, previously known as the Uttar Pradesh Combined Entrance Test (UPCET), is used to determine eligibility for admission to various undergraduate and postgraduate courses at institutions affiliated to AKTU, Lucknow, MMMUT, and other UPSEE participating institutes/universities in Uttar Pradesh. Students wishing to enter the second-year courses of B.Tech (for engineering diploma holders and B.Sc graduates) or B. Pharm (only for pharmacy diploma holders) or MCA (for BCA, B.Sc (IT/ Computer Science) degree holders) will also be required to participate for the UPSEE 2021 examinations.
