Hey there!
If you are having any category just like OBC/SC/ST, your category rank will be considered while counselling But if you are opting for (Tuition Fee Wavier) seat then your General rank will be considered and no other category will be considered.

Hi,
Sorry but your marks are too low to get a seat in government college through upsee. Generally government colleges have higher cutoffs and you must score above 380 marks to be on the safer side . You can apply for private colleges or deemed universities.

After round 4 of counselling if there are vacant seats then those seats will be filled in spot/special round counselling. Internal sliding is allowed in government colleges which means that a candidate change change his/her branch within the same college if there are vacant seats in that particular branch.
