if my GNGL rank is 2000 in upsee. then my OPGL rank is the same ?

Gngl rank means general girl rank only among girls.
Opgl means girl rank in open category.

Now as you have secured 2000 gngl rank, then your opgl will not be same as gngl rank.
Now as you have secured 2000 gngl rank, them congratulations you did very well in upsee exams and definitely you can get some of the good colleges like iet lucknow, uiet kanpur, etc.

As per seeing last year cutoff trends for gngl ranks, you can easily get chemical engineering, civil engineering, mechanical engineering in these colleges.
