Hi Maneesha, HBTU is the government college.through 2017, HBTU considers only jee-main ranking.they don't accept UPSEE scores.if you want to take admission on HBTU then you need to secure good rank in the jee-mains exam because HBTU requires good ranking.

The expected rank will be around 50000 to 90000 based on the previous years cutoff.

So you cannot get a seat in any of the government colleges.

     You can definitely get college by the upsee counselling and your marks are quite good. You can get akgec, imsec and kiet as per your mraks but do go for the counselling.

Build up the Basics:

Before actually starting your preparation, go thoroughly through the syllabus and exam pattern once. The syllabus is divided in three sections:

Section 1. Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension

Section 2. Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning

Section 3. Quantitative Ability

Building basics is the most important part

Your marks are not too good to get good college in up even you are from obc category.You need at least 300 to get good college and branch.So try for some other test jee main and other.
