With this marks your rank will be around 20000.So you will not be able to get goVernment college.If you are a category studeny then you can think of it.Good college for you are ABES,AKG,JSS noida,RKGIT etC.

at this rank, there is any hardly any chance at IET, lucknow. however you can get a good branches in colleges like bundelkhand university and rajkiya engineering colleges.

With 300 marks in Upsee your rank will be around 15000.with this rank you will not be able to get good government college like IET,HBTI etc.You will get ABES,RKGIT,KNIET etc.But you are from obc so you can also try for AKG,JSS noida.
