You need to show your parents domicile certificate at the time of document verification.

Yes, You can give UPSEE after three years of your 12th as there is no age limit to apply for UPSEE exam.

And also do check if you fulfill all other criteria as well.

If you have the option of filling the same city, go for it. There is a 2 hour gap between the two exams. So if the two cetres are in close proximity, you can take both the exams. There will be some inconvenience, as you have to rush
