Yes, you can apply for the UPSEE exam but you will be eligible only for private colleges. 

You will be only eligible for 10% of the sanctioned seats available in private institutions affiliated to AKTU. 

Make sure you should have 45% marks (40% marks for SC/ST Category candidates) in aggregate

It would be good if you could tell what exact information you want regarding UPTU 2018 as UPSEE exam will be held on 29th-April in offline mode. Also, the application window is open till 15th-March so if you are interested then you can apply.
