(1) Firstly, by the qualified candidates of JEE (Main)-2017 fulfilling the eligibility as per clause
3.1 for B.Tech. / B.Arch.. Their relative merit will be decided

Some of the good coaching centres in Delhi for UPSC are:
Chanakya IAS Academy is one of the recommended academy for UPSC/IAS studies.

There is ALS- IAS Academy and then ShriRam IAS Academy.

These 3 are suggested.
These all are in English medium.
