Your previously allotted seat will be cancelled and then you have to go to your previous institute and ask them for fee transfer to new one. Go with all documents.

Assuming you are asking for registration fees so
if you are allotted any seat, you wont get any refund. The money is transferred to the allotted college directly.

If you aren't allotted any seat, then the refund process would not take time because everything is online.

yes, i got it in 1st round but i inspected and found that there's no benefit in admission there so i left it.
what they show on their website, the reality is quite different in case of placements and scholarship.
