Hi, according to the UPSEE guidelines. You can not go back to the college that was allotted before in your 1st round, it gets cancelled. However, you have the feasibility to change your college priority list according to your wish. What I would suggest is in your next round choose your first college you wanted and keep it first on your priority list. Maybe you will get the college. Hope this helps.

If you float your seat in 1st counselling it means you can go for 2nd round without giving up on 1st round seat. So, if you get both the seats it's upto you.

If you choose to go for second counselling seat your first seat will go. If you want to take the first seat you can also choose it you have floated it so you have a seat there as well.

Apko freeze ya float me se ek option select karna hi hoga kyunki counselling ka procedure yahi hai, brochure me clearly mentioned hai

"The candidate will have an option to Freeze or Float the Allotted Seat, candidate has to pay a Seat Acceptance Fee of Rs. 20000 (General and OBC)/Rs. 12000 (SC & ST)"

Agar aap inme se koi option select nahi karte to aapko aage hone wale rounds ke liye eligible nahi mana jayega

"The Student who does not accept the Seat by paying acceptance fee will be treated as exit from Counselling and will not be allowed to participate in any next round of counselling"

According to the previous year that means 2019 record it shows that for qualifying in examination for general candidate will have to get 25% out of total 600 marks, OBC, SC, ST candidate has to secure atleast  20% out of total 600 marks in UPSEE examination for admission in b pharm courses 2021.

your OBC rank in UPSEE is 1357,  and general rank in UPSEE is 3061. According to your OBC rank in UPSEE exam you will get a government college for B pharm courses in  the state of Uttar Pradesh.

For admission in to B.Tech first year the percentile score/rank secured in JEE Main is considered. All India Rank (AIR) or Common Rank List (CRL) is considered to prepare the state level merit list. And the admission will be based on state-wide rank as per the merit list. And you will be given admission under OBC category based on the state level rank.

According to the official guidelines of UPTU the seat reservation under defence quota goes by the saying:

"UPAF (UP Armed Forces)Quota - 05%
Sons / Daughters of defence personnel of U.P. either retired (superannuated) or killed/disabled in action or defence personnel posted in U.P./defence personnel domicile of U.P. &  posted outside U.P."

Police forces are not counted under defence/armed forces so you will not be eligible to get a seat under UPAF quota.
