       I'm sorry to say that, you have the lower chances of getting admission in this college which you have mentioned above (i.e.., Vasavi College of engineering, Hyderabad). Since, the closing rank is lesser than the rank you've secured and hence, its difficult. Instead, you can get admission in branches such as Electronics and communication engineering, civil engineering, etc.., Do attend the counselling sessions and choose according to that.

Bith colleges are mediocre in terms of placements. The average placement of Vasavi College of Engineering Hyderabad is 3.8 lakhs per annum. Whereas the average placement of CVR College of Engineering is 3.5 lakhs per annum. Vasavi college of Engineering, Hyderabad is a reputed institute. So, congratulations on getting the college. The fee for each year is Rs. 1.60 lakhs, thus the total for 4 years being 6.40 lakhs. But, considering your category, you may get a full fee remission if your parental income lies below a prescribed limit by the government(2.5 lpa).
