Based upon the marks your son may not be eligible for admission under merit list cutoffs provided by the colleges.Now regarding your question admissions are under the 'b' category or management quota will involve paying twice or thrice the original fees and also admission is not guaranteed and is subject to availability of seats,since majority of the seats are occupied by the studets of general category,reserved categories,and also domicile candidates of a particular state.

He may drop this year and try out for next year.Rest of the decision is totally yours.

yes you can get into the vasavi college of engineering as per the merit seat allowance by the government.

the gendral fee structure is of 60k per annum and other charges may applicable,if you are elligble for fee reiembuirsement the you will be getting to pay low amount of the fee part.

the cut off for vasavi is around 25k to 50k for open category and with b category you have a slight chance to get admission in vasavi. but the cut offs vary with branch. so for CSE you have a difficult chance . but try for it ,I hope you get asmission in your desired collge .

Congratulations on your rank but I am sorry to inform you that you won't get in Vasavi college of Engineering as the minimum cutoff the streams which you mentioned is 4028 which is for EEE.
