TS EAMCET 2019 cutoff for all the colleges will be released by the Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) later this month.

Therefore your child has to appear in eamcet in order to get admission.The requirement for admission to the B.E program is to appear for the Engineering, Agricultural and Medical Common Entrance Test, referred to as EAMCET, which is conducted every year. The candidates are also required to pass the examination of the Board of Intermediate Education, Government of Telangana with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry as optional subjects, or any other examination recognized by the Osmania University as equivalent

With this rank, you can get into the Vasavi College of Engineering. 

However, you have to compromise with the branch as getting branches like CSE and ECE have a very low chance.
