But not in 1st counselling may be in 3rd counselling. The last year cut off rank is 17k and your rank is 18k, so it is bit difficult to get admission in VR Siddhartha Engineering college but wait until 3rd counselling.

General Category- 45334(maximum closing rank).
SC Category- 82529(maximum closing rank).
ST Category- 131191(maximum closing rank).
