Infrastructure facilities are considerable in both colleges with ac  and wifi equipped classes. Faculties are also supportive in both. Coming to the placements, vit Vellore offers around 80-85% placements in the reputed companies like TCS, Wipro, Mahindra, Infosys, etc. And BMS college of Engineering offers around 70% placements in the companies like Nutanix, Atlassian, Goldman Sachs, Cisco, etc with the average package of 4-5 lakhs per annum (according to the reviews). Also, in bmsce, students of CS department get placed easily compared to other departments.

Yes. You can apply as the VITEEE 2020 Registration has been extended again, and all the events in relation to VITEEE 2020 have been postponed including slot booking process, admit card, exam and result. The revised dates have not been yet disclosed by the conducting body,candidates can apply for VITEEE 2020 online as well as offline.

You just need to visit the official website and register with valid details. The minimum criteria to fill the application form is 60% in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology in the 12th standard.

You might not get good results out of this if you haven't studied the concepts and have a strong foundation of that topics.You will not have a remarkable accuracy, if you study the concepts and attempt mock test it will improve your accuracy and time because you you would know what kind of formula you should use, how to solve it for numerical problems.Of course attempting mock tests will help you but you must have to know the concepts.

The cut-off depends on various factors like; Level of difficulty of VITEEE 2020, Previous year’s cut-off trends, Number of candidates appeared for VITEEE 2020 and Total number of seats available for admissions. So keeping in mind these factors the cut-off changes every year but according to previous year's cut-off if you get somewhere 70-80 marks or rank below 5000 to get a guaranteed seat. Below is the 2016 closing cut-off rank for CSE branch:

• Computer Science & Engineering - 7000(For Vellore campus)
• Computer Science and Engineering - 14000(For Chennai campus)

In VIT Vellore , In terms of placements , The highest placement percentage was offered in IT sector with 35% of the overall placement share , and the major recruiting companies are Microsoft, Philips, HP, TCS and Bosch .

Highest package offered last year is of around 41.6 lacks for a CSE student , according to the data provided by the college.

So , in placement values best branch is Computer Science , or if you have interest in any other thing then it depends on you like if you like machines then go for Electrical or Civil.
