Hey there as per my knowledge if you apply to VIT,pune through jee mains so no reserved category quota will applicable and previous year ranking for jee mains for ECE branch was below 2400. And for PICT, pune it was below 1900.

But if you apply through mhcet score card the reserved category quota will applicable and previous year ranking for VIT, pune is below 4000 and that of PICT, pune 5500. But the chances of you to get these colleges are low.
