For a good government college of vet you need 500 +  marks for general category.Well you haven't mentioned your state,so it's hard to tell which college you will be eligible for. The cut off changes every year, you can apply for private colleges in your state if any.

With a score of 200, there is no any possibility of getting a seat in MBBS or Veterinary Science. The Private Medical Colleges are expected to set their cut offs high this year. So, you don't any chance in that either.
