As per your AP EAMCET rank as an SC category candidate, chances are there you may be eligible to get a seat either in agriculture or veterinary science. Since the last year cutoff rank ranged from 10726 to 14520 for veterinary science and 12950 to 20819 for agriculture

Now, it depends on your category and the cutoffs of your state. So, as of now you can get BHMS if you belong to sc/st/obc. But if you belong to general/unreserved category you must look into private colleges. This is for BHMS. But for Veterinary courses, it is slightly difficult
