No, I don't think you stand a chance for getting a free seat as for getting a free seat, most probably, you should have a rank in between 4000 to 6000.

As you have not mentioned which category you belong to I'm assuming you're from general category. For clear prediction we need to both domicile and category as both of them changes the colleges you can get into.
