As cut-off marks vary year to year depending upon number of students appear in the exam and the difficulty level of the exam . you should score above 470 marks and if you are applying under 15% all India quota seats then you should score above 500 marks
The cutoff varies on the number of candidate appeared in the exam, difficulty level of the Question Paper. So it would be tough to tell you the exact score to get admission in Veterinary college now. Once the cutoff list is out you will get to know everything about it.

Yes , state counselling is available for AYUSH but for B.V.Sc (Veterinary courses) there is no state counselling .You have to go through all India Quota Counselling.
