If you get a rank of around 1.7k to 1.8k, you are sure to get a seat in BVSc which is in top colleges. So, considering that you have scored around 94-95% in puc, a 140+ KCET should be a very safe score.

As you have not mentioned the name of college, so in general the eligibility criteria to get admission in undergraduate veterinary course (5-5.5 years) is minimum 50% in 10+2 from a recognized board with physics chemistry and biology as compulsory subjects.
