NEET is national recognised exam for MBBS and BDS entries . However there can be some private colleges accepting students and might be conducting own examination for admissions.
You may give another try or you may look for private colleges .

The marks you have scored are really not enough to get you into veterinary colleges. You would have required atleast marks above 300 or so. I suppose you should try other courses of your interest through any other exams you have attended.

First of all, generally, admission to B.V.Sc. course isn't conducted through NEET UG, rather it is conducted through AIPVT (All India Pre Veterinary Test) exam conducted by VCI (Veterinary Council of India). THE LAST YEAR CUTOFF FOR BVSC WAS APP.390+ MARKS FOR SC CATEGORY . There are about 15 % seats reserved for all India candidates and rest are for state Candidates . So the competition is tough try your best .

I dont think they take admission on the basis of NEET marks but on the basis of your class 12th aggregate in which you have to score a minimum of 70% in pcb in from OC.It's based on +2 mark. While 15% ( VCI quota) is from NEET.
